One of the 3 cards distributed at the Pokemon Center during the Munch collaboration and Pokémon at Tokyo, late 2018: the Rowlet Munch promo card 290/SM-P!
To get it, it was simple: one card per person, randomly between Rowlet, Psyduck, and Eevee, given for the purchase of at least 2 boosters in the stores in Japan, the famous Pokemon Centers.
The lucky ones managed to go around the 3 Pokemon Centers of Tokyo and get the 3 different ones. That said, this Promo set has 5 cards, the other two being available at the museum directly.
